…as far as I know it however blocks installs due to the engine requirement.

Changed the node engine requirement from ^12 to >=12.
It should work for all node releases as far as I know it however it was blocking all my installs when I upgraded my node to 14 in everything that depended on this.
Also upped the version of react dev dep because the storybook was not working (something was using hooks though not sure what).
